supply lines, 2” x 6” exterior walls with R - 19 insulation, Vinyl
thermo pane windows, and taped, textured and painted interior
finishes, among many others, you can be sure that each
Magnolia modular home utilizes the best and comes with the
best. In addition to these and other features, all lumber orders
are #2 or better Western White Woods, which ensure strong,
dry, and straight roofs, walls and floors.
