HUD vs UBC?

Fairground Homes builds both HUD coded manufactured
homes and UBC coded modular homes. In fact, we offer four
full lines of UBC modular homes. The UBC (Uniform Building
Code) demands the same rigorous construction guidelines that are required of all on-site builders. This UBC design
criteria allows basement applications to become more
practical and cost effective.
